Full Time Maintenance Technician.
Mickley run Apartments in Whitehall Pa. is looking to hire a full-time maintenance technician to join our team.
Our community - oriented family run apartment complex offers competitive pay with company paid disability insurance and 75% of employee's medical insurance cost along with paid PTO, vacation, 401 K and Holiday pay. Employees elective benefits include family medical, dental, vision and life insurance is offered. Residency is available as part of the salary package if desired.
Apartment Maintenace experience is required along with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry is a plus. Scheduled work hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. However, to provide the best service to our resident you will be included in a 24 hour on-call emergency rotation and be a part of snow removal.
Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal background check and a pre- employment drug screening.
